Lost or Stolen Package

BrandED Uniform Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once your package has been scanned for pickup by the carrier BrandED Uniform Solutions is no longer liable for the final delivery of your package.  In the event your package has been lost, or stolen you will need to contact the shipping carrier or our package protection provider Route to file a claim.

Route is an opt-out Package Protection feature that is included in your final cost during the ordering process. If your package is lost or stolen, please go to ROUTE Claims Support

BrandED Uniform Solutions  is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please click one of the following links: USPS Claims Support or UPS Claims Support
